I am qualified in, Level 2 & 3 in gym Instruction.  Qualified to teach Boxercise, Kettlebell, Core, studio spinning, circuits, Aerobics, Suspension training, Supple Strength Anti & postnatal and step.
Also instruction for many disabilities including Cardiac Rehabilitation
I can also offer nutrition advice.

I have completed  4 half marathons, several 10km races and my 1st mud run in 2014.

Over the last 3-4 months I have lost 28lb in weight, purely though exercise and changing my diet.

I love doing Kettlebell as this gives you a top to toe workout and think this is one of the things that has helped me change shape.

I also enjoy Spinning ,Boxing, Suspension Training and any thing that challenges me.
